This is a great post Michelle. Affiliate marketing is the best way to make money for many people including the ones who do not yet have their own products, are just starting online and are trying to make money without any investment.

Unfortunately, many people are led to believe that it takes place almost instantly. It does not. It also takes a lot of effort and perseverance.

When I first started I found that Squidoo was an excellent place to start. The lenses, or pages that one creates rank well and if you do some marketing of them, the money really comes in. One just have to be very careful not to make the lenses too promotional or else they will be taken down.

According to me Commission Junction, Squidoo are good to start with.
However, you need to be patient its not get rich quick plan, it provides opportunity to make passive income in the future.
