Great tips indeed! I have been doing a little more with video recently and will be bumping it up, especially since the short videos are in style and work for SEO. I’ve found updating old content, and enriching it with video and more relevant content helps as well. I think a combination of long and short-form content is best because not everyone has time to reach war and peace As long as the content answers a question it will bring readers by.

Long form content seems to be trending now, for 2023 and pretty much going forward. People love value. Folks love details. The algorithm digs these benefits through blog posts too. I reckon short video will become far more prominent on Google gradually because YouTube and Facebook give greater organic reach to shorts every day. My YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels gain 100’s and 1000’s of organic views courtesy of each platform. I have not much of a following for either video channel yet both giants give me a strong push.
