Hi Erik,
I’m the last one, working too much. It’s too easy to turn on the laptop and start working when I can’t sleep and then finishing projects up til dinner time. I try to get out and walk as I’m sitting too much.
I’m in the midst of redoing my office and I bought a new office chair yesterday so I can sit more comfortably.
The thing I love is not dealing with rush hour and daily traffic though I do get out and meet with clients several times a week. It helps break it up.

I find deadlines highly motivating to focus on work during business hours. I try not to work anywhere but my home office desk. And if I’m feeling antsy, I head to a coffee shop for the energy boost people near by provide.

The biggest one of all, the one most people mention, is distractions. There is social media. There are games. There is stuff around the house. There’s the cat, the dog, the iguana. If you don’t have a laser focus, you could be earning a very small income over a very large number of hours.

Working full-time from home has advantages and some disadvantages too. Yes, we can face some common issues while working from home. If we are doing home-based job, then we need to balance our professional and personal life in the right way.

Yes, time management is a very important part and we need to manage it effectively.
