An online presence is important for marketing because it reinforces your brand and what you offer to your target market.

Once you’ve communicated with your audience, you’ll need to have a web presence that helps portray why your product or service is so great – because that’s the next stop for the majority of your potential customers.

Social media is an important part of your online presence that improves your chances of generating additional revenue and building customer loyalty.

It allows customers, potential customers and other interested parties to engage easily via a channel that plays an important role in their everyday lives. Eventually, thanks for sharing these potential facts with us.

With best wishes,

Amar Kumar

It seems that people resonate most with the religion and politics advice, which is indeed good. This is to keep in mind not only in the online environment but in business settings of all kinds.

I like the fact that you emphasize keeping an eye on what people think about your image by doing frequent google searches and customer surveys. Indeed…they can provide a lot of useful insights.

Provided you have a company with enough employees, it would also be a good idea to keep an eye on workplace review websites such as glassdoor.com. People tend to be very honest on these sites, especially if they had negative experiences while working for you.

Regards,
Radu

Great tips over here 🙂

We all are part of a free community and we should not get involved in the matters like politics and religion. The image we put forward in front of others would be neat and clean.

Social media is no doubt a wonderful platform to connect with people of different community, religion, country and caste. But
there are some people who talks negative up here and pollute the environment of healthy relationship by their words.
This can put us in a red zone and its very hard to come up again from there. Things do not take time to get viral these days.

Once a image is being created, it would be speaking on behalf of us i.e. right in the face and also in the back. So its is good to lay back something good, so people do not talk rubbish behind our back.

Thanks for the share.

Shantanu.

Awesome tips about images!

Images speak more than words. If we use nice images anywhere it will produce better results.

Putting right information is essential as it will take no longer for people to understand wrong information.

Nice tips for choosing images.

I will tweet your post.

Thanks a lot for sharing.

We always have to keep our online image positive and appropriate. Never get involved with politics and religion. It is something that people get heated up over and it only puts you in a little box, never to get out of. I can’t tell you how many people, especially on Facebook, that I had to block because of negative talking.

Blogging and social media go hand in hand so it is important to make your social media sort of a teaching tool and a bit personal. i.e. “I learned to day that….” and we can tie that into a blog post or just leave it as is.

Show folks that you care by liking and commenting on social media….just like it was their blog. And of course we can share our photos of our garden, pets, etc to get a little more personal.

Keeping positive!

-Donna
