Teamwork really does make the dream work as far as start-ups, Erik. Nothing happens for individuals who try to build a business solo. Lone wolves vanish in a world of connected bloggers and entrepreneurs who hire teams to aid them in working toward a collective vision. In terms of individual bloggers, those who do not hire teams must build loyal friend networks through generosity to scale effectively. Either that, or making a significant investment in paid marketing campaigns are pretty much the only ways to scale effectively.

Having a great team seems easy at first but I’d recommend being careful with having family and friends working with you in your new business. It can be hard when things go wrong. Always have others in the funnel in case the ones you have don’t work out. Great tips for startups!
